SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE IN INDIA
Responsibilities: - Search and shortlist prospective clients & generate sales leads - Create and Lead on-ground / digital marketing campaigns - Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation,contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, graphic design support (with the help of the Graphics Team), campaign activation, result tracking and troubleshooting - Travel to various locations to meet new clients and establish a relationship, also perform demos, pitching, negotiations etc Skills - Prior professional sales experience in medical & surgical devices - Exposure to startup work culture - Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English, Hindi and Regional Languages - Strong work ethics and positive attitude - Must be outgoing with a positive and winning attitude and have a strong desire to learn, succeed and contribute - Ability to multi-task - Should be comfortable with IT tools, including MS-Office, CRM and Social Media tools. - Local candidates only Compensation: - Transportation Allowance will be provided. - Stipend based on the quality of the candidate and performance based bonus. - Experience Certificate will be provided - Opportunity for permanent hiring
