plan and grow social media presence of the brand, includes - acquisition, engagement & retention of the users on various social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, blogger, YouTube etc. The primary responsibilities shall include:- 1. New user acquisitions  2. Ensure engagement of the customer in terms of reach, likes, sharing, views etc. 3. Candidate shall listen, respond, ask questions and engage with the audience. The incumbent should curate relevant and refreshing content on social media platforms 4. Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, blog etc.) 5. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).6. Weekly reporting & analysis
