SOCIETY & ESTATE MANAGER IN INDIA

I am looking our for a Society Manager/Estate Manager/Administration Job. I have the relevant experience in the Society Management and other Administration work. Upkeep of the Society Premises. Handling Security,House Keeping & Maintenance Staff. Attending to AMC of the assets in the society ie. Lifts,Pest Control, Insurance, etc.. General Maintenance of Equipment's. Statutory payments of BMC Water Bill,Property Tax on Time.Mailing facility of Circulars/Notices to the Members. Coordinating with the accounts for the Maintenance Bills and their deposit with the banks and other administrative work.
