Responsibilities:- Customer will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls,Antivirus issues,Error code messages,Email issues etc.Candidates needs to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with min 1 yr experience in inbound tech sales process in any International BPO. Should speak English fluently. HS pass or any graduate. Should be able to join immediately. Flexible to work in any Shift. Candidates must know how to close calls. Perks: Salary is Credited on 1st of the month. Fixed Salary plus incentives.
