SR.TEAM LEADER FOR NETAPP ATS PROGRAM IN INDIA

Candidate Profile: Should be a graduate. Minimum 4 years of overall experience in BPO environment with Team Leader experience of minimum 2 year. Experience in Enterprise Management is must. Good Communication. Prior Experience in storage domain is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and should have good people management skills. Role & Responsibilities: 1. Handling the technical support team for Netapp storage domain 2.Handling Client's escalations, client's call. 3.Updating the team with business related updates. 4.Managing a team of around 10 to 15 engineers who are working on storage product support.
