Over 200 tech companies are already using Instahyre and we have helped dozens of people find their dream jobs at companies like Olacabs, Flipkart, Zomato, Housing, Practo, etc.As a Talent Adviser, you will guide candidates who participate on Instahyre. You will explain to them how the platform works, help them understand employment opportunities, ensure that they have a smooth experience interviewing with companies, and guide them on offer negotiations. You will basically ensure that candidates have a great experience on Instahyre and find a job they are really happy with.Responsibilities:Polish up candidate profiles before they participate in an auction.Talk to candidates before and during the auction to explain how the platform works and to answer any questions they may have.Build relationships with candidates until they start their new jobs.Provide feedback to the product and engineering team that will improve the technology platform.Qualifications & Experience:Very strong verbal communication skills.Willingness to work in an extremely organized manner.Ability to talk to dozens of candidates each day.Enthusiasm to work at a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.
