Responsible for application monitoring and escalate to L2 and Admin team in case of any issue found after preliminary remedy steps. Responsible for handling support tickets. Need to Monitor the Application and willing to work in shifts. Level 1 support. Need to reply support tickets or route to respective team. Trouble Shooting as per preliminary guidelines to resolve issue and escalate to L2 and Admin team. Performing backup on necessary basis. Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customization
