Making calls to achieve Team Target (Total site visists) Attending office walk-ins Web chat Monitoring Daily attendance & Regularizing Work Conducting Regular Team Meeting, Sharing New Ideas & Providing suggestions to improve team performance Coordinating with Marketing Executives and getting feedback regarding queries Assisting Team Leader as and when required Analyzing the current market and competition with online executives assistance and giving training to Junior Executives Monitoring recorded calls daily for training purpose Team Performance report to be maintained daily to be reported weekly to team leader
