Tender Executive 1 position Key skills: e-tendering, bid preparation, bid submission, preparation of government proposals, prospecting and tracking tenders etc Education: Any Graduate Experience: 3-5 yrs Salary: p.m Job Description: Shall have good understanding of government tendering process, e-tendering, bid preparation, bid submission etc. Will perform tender analysis, tender requirement identification, presentation of the same to management. Preparation of government proposals, response to RFQ / RFP Follow up for tender status, responses, meetings, payment collection etc. Co-ordination with internal departments/ stakeholders like product experts, sales, business heads, accounts. Prospecting and tracking government tenders. Preparation of bank guarantee, drafts, dealing with banks. Preparing of MIS about tenders & proposals.
