Job Description We are looking for “HR Fresher/Experienced” who can assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations. Experience: - Fresher’s and Experiences need to apply (Both Females and Male) Job profile: HR Associate. Desired candidate profile:  Maintaining employee database. Handling post recruitment operations.  Handling joining formalities, attendance, payroll, onsite travel.  Good hands on MS outlook, MS Excel, MS word, MS PowerPoint.  Attendance and Leave management.  Documentation of employees prior to their joining and after their joining.  Creating employee personnel file. Handling employee grievances.  Maintaining the daily and weekly reports.  Good exposure to leave and attendance, handling expenses form, maintaining the petty cash and Offer generation. Desired Skill Required:  Excellent communication and presentation skills (Written Skill).  Have Basic Knowledge about HR and Admin activities.
