1.Inventory checking. 2.Packing materials for spare parts. 3.Responsible for Managing Logistics 4.Planning of dispatch on daily basis for dealers, customers and warehouses, as per volume and weight, basis. 5.Responsible for arranging transporter on yearly contract basis or Cheapest Transporter 6.Monitoring transporter performance monthly basis. 7.Transporter bills checking. 8.Follow up FIFO system 9.Preparing invoices for spare parts, etc 10.Monitoring and Controlling Branch Inventory 11.Monthly inventory reporting to RM and Sales Team 12.Preparing Conference Documents for the various exhibitions 13.Preparing Internal Sub-inventory transfer documents
