Wanted Injection Molding Maintenance Engineers... Responsible for the smooth function of the injection molding unit machines, Molds and any utilities related to the Injection molding unit. Responsible for troubleshooting and providing necessary actions in case of any issues with respect to machines, molds etc. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on all equipment in the Injection Tooling & Machine Unit repairing and replacing parts as necessary. Independently setup molds and machines for mold trials and production. Optimize parameters for maximum productivity. Perform R.M. planning, component production plan, stock maintenance, dispatch.
