Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the digital industry Domain: • Social Media or Digital Advertising • Online Marketing Skills & Qualifications: • Strong oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of MS office suite • Experience in managing youtube channels and audience development • Good understanding of social media platform • Monitor social media activity and report metrics to stakeholder • Youtube Certified • Graduate or post graduate in any specialization Responsibilities: • Manage and develop youtube channels, upload content, editorial tagging, seeding and promoting video content • Create and implement strategies for audience development • Coordinate with content team • Manage reporting and analysis of channels • Ensure constant engagement with target communities on various social media platforms • Create social media metrics for social media activities Value Additions: • Knowledge of youtube playbook • Good understanding of kids content • Ability to handle work pressure and time management
