Job Description *Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone..software, via remote connection or over the Internet. *Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary. *working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). *Should have customer service skills. *talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problem. *investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware fault. *solid problem solving skills with proficient attention to detail. Required Skills and Specifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Must have an analytical bent of mind. * Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills. * Ability to take on stretch assignments and deliver under pressure. * Must be patient motivated towards work. * Willing to work independently as well as part of a team. * Comfortable to work under pressure. * Comfortable working in night shift. Required Qualification: Minimum High School qualified /passed out candidates. Maximum Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Experience:-0-2Years (Fresher’s are also WELCOME).
