Here, One has to answer the incoming call and solve out the issues which client is facing down. The call might be pop-up call, ppc call and any other call regarding Mac Computers and Windows Computers or regarding any other peripheral devices. Features:- One should have prior experience of 6 months in Tech Support whether it s inbound or outbound. One should know how to take European calls especially German,French,Dutch and more languages.
