Taking care of medicines, injection patients records. Delivering expert nursing care, monitoring and maintaining standards of care. Utilize professional assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psycho social needs of residents, patients and is able to develop a care plan to meet these needs in a multi-disciplinary approach. Identifying and acting on changes in patient condition, making safe, timely decisions appropriate to the situation. Working with patients, the multi-disciplinary team and families to set realistic and achievable goals. Planning and providing care interventions for patients in line with the needs and goals of the patient. Qualification: GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing) Experience: 0 2 Years Accommodation is free.
