1) Complete recruitment life cycle management for all Business units and providing support to the TA SPOC a. Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (HR Activ, IJPs, consultants, employee referrals, job sites, social media, OTR etc.) b. Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality c. Responsible for assessment and selection of the right talent by using relevant tools like competency based interviews, OPQ, Ability tests and the likes d. Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioral competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview e. Managing effective and smooth on boarding of new hires in coordination f. Scheduling of interviews, ensuring smooth conduct of interviews, gathering of required documents to process the offer g. Closely working with TA SPOCs to drive talent agenda h. Responsible for operational activities that deal with a range of manpower related issues at PAN India level. E.g. Outplacements, Redeployment etc. 2) Smart and hard working with good communication skills. 3) It’s a six month full time job with the understanding that if performance is good, it will be converted into permanent job.
