UI/ UX DEVELOPER, WEB DESIGNER IN INDIA

We, a group of IIT and IIM alumni, are developing a website which will be a new revelation in the online Space. We are looking for fresh interns in the UI/UX front who possess a passion for pushing web technologies to the limits. You’ll be getting the opportunity to work with our founding team to build the product right from scratch.  We are looking for below skillset:• Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Dreamweaver• Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities with relevant experience.• Ability to create superior, original designs for the Web• Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Web/Mobile/Tablet/Social.• Hands on with Front End Web Development (HTML/CSS/Javascript etc)• Strong technical knowledge of how web-based technologies applies to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX.• Design product and website layouts, assets, flows, sitemaps etc.• Effectively communicate, conceptualize ideas, and design rationale both verbally and visually• Keep excellent version control and asset management• Can Create solutions to high level of user experience to challenge thoughts• Design and develop user interface prototypes and pixel level specifications• Work across departments to develop and deploy web-based UIs as a component of server and cloud-based applications• Create and maintain UI guidelines and templates• Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within the given budget.• Excellent organization and communication skills• Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment If you have all the above qualities, then send us your resume and portfolio on
