Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative) Job Descriptions: To provide customer support through phone calls Handle calls/customer contacts as per the instructions given by TL s To meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets Strictly adhering to the guidelines laid down for the resolution of customer queries Keep updated with process and policy updates & any new development Attending the training sessions as planned by the leads Attending pre/post-shift meetings and adhering to the processes laid out/updates from the meeting Competency Requirements: Excellent communication skills spoken as well as written English. Flexible to work in a 6 a.m. to p.m. window. 9 hours X 6 days and 9 hours X 5 days alternate working weeks with rotational week offs. Awareness about e-commerce and online shopping. Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate (Throughout English medium) Salary: 15k to 21K +Excellent Incentive based on performance + Employee benefits.
