How to relax after work

Life is stressful. We always have a lot of things to do every day. Our day is spent between work, appointments, traffic, laptops and meetings… and most of the time it is really difficult to relax.

Normally you can handle it, because is your daily life, but there is some days that is really difficult and you feel a lot of tension, in your mind and body.

There is a list of things you can do to feel better and more relaxed:

Go sleep

Take a long bath with candles and a good relaxing music

Wear comfortable clothes

Go out for jogging or to another sport, most of time it is your mind that is tired and not your body

Cook your favorite recipe

Open your old photo albums

Try yoga and meditation 

If you have siblings go play with them

Go cycling

Read a book

Ask for a massage

Sing karaoke

Turn on a energetic song, put it loud and dance like crazy

Invite your friends for a diner

Prepare a cup of tea and pie

Play an instrument   

Go to watch the sunset and relax …
