Ways to get more energy

We have days when we are feeling so down and with no energy at all. Sometimes it is really difficult to find ways to get more energy.

Clasf knows that that is the reason why we decided to make this list.

If you feel tired all the time, and you are feeling that you need to change this is for you.

We went out to ask people advices to get more energy.

It can look kind of weird but it really works.

  1. Drink a lot of green tea,
  2. Eat one orange everyday, 
  3. Listen your favorite rock song super loud,
  4. Have a piece of chocolate,
  5. Eat smaller in two to two hours,
  6. Go for a power snack like mixed nuts, or cereals,
  7. Wake up at the same time everyday,
  8. Start exercising, because maybe it is only your brain that is tires and not your body,
  9. Eliminate stress,
  10. Have a laugh,
  11. To finish there is something that always works – splash some water on your face.
